Opinion for lancer Build

Hi All, i am try to make a lancer for my new char, since i never play as cata before, i need all your opinion about this build :

but i still don't know what stat i must put for this build, since i hear other people opinion about lancer being more PVP than PVE. Also in this buid i do not take pelta path because:
1. since the lancer will be DPS in party than tank.
2. i do not see the pelta skill will help me in the later rank, except for provoke which is the reason people take pelta.

If you aim to pvp better option is go Swordsman 3 because Restrain and pain barrier.

Yeah, rather just go for swordsman C3 and replace R7 with doppel for DoV I guess..that should make it both a farming build & PVP build.

And you might want to:

-Max Trot.
-Reduce doomspike level.
-spend more points on Impaler.
-Consider reducing EarthWave's level if its for PVP only, that skill is mainly for KD and barely deals damage.
