I did some changes to the CAPTCHA system:

The IP-Blacklist was removed because one of my own IPs was on it (I have a dynamic IP) so for me the risk is too high to exclude people.
I also switched from the reCAPTCHA to Asirra CAPTCHA. This is supposed to be harder to bypass for bots (you have to click on images on cats). I also changed it so that you only have to solve it when you create an account or post an external URL. Overall it should be harder for bots now to post spam but easier for users to edit the wiki. However there may be some bugs so if you think something broke post it here :)
