If you use highlander's cross guard to stagger the enemy, it seems to do 100% multiple attacks on thrust.

I have a question regarding double pay earn.

On multi hit skills, does each hit of the skill use up a stack from double pay?

On skills with splash attack, does each monster hit use up a stack from double pay?

That's too general question, because what kind of game? In the ToS forum, assume it is an mmorpg. In which case, it depends on the kind of quests and stories are featured in the mmo. Difference comes in ToS through being able to lock in any class you want, implying that they are all intended to be viable classes. In such a case: why bother with this model?
