Re: Introducing Rank 8 – Archer
My impressions: Falconer C3 seems pretty synergic with qs. But I'm having a hard time trying to figure their role in a party. Time will tell. Sreiter: I do believe that it will maintain the crown of top phy dpser. Forward shot itself seems worth the c3 Musketeer... linkers will still be their best f...

Re: need opinion for choosing weapon (fletcher)
I would choose maga. Khasti is a good option because it's easy/cheap to obtain and fairly good itself.
Viper is situational as isbality: good to have as an option.

Re: Rogue > Musk Build
The bonus crit rate applies on current values, it isn't a flat bonus. It'll only be useful on a full str build after it get well geared up [for crit].
Of course, if the build has one spare rank then it may be a viable filler, but it's far from mandatory for rogues.

Re: Rogue > Musk Build
Stats: I do prefer the hybrid or the full str, as good gear/gems can provide most of the benefits from dex - but do note it's far from simple, especially if it's your first toon. No, full str ends dealing more dmg if you obtain enough crit gear. Rogue has this http://www.tosbase.com/database/skills...

Re: Need Correction & Verification
Your dps will be terrible until you reach rank 7. Cryo is good for CC, but you won't get his 3rd rank... If you want an offensive cryo, psycho must be picked somewhere. I don't know much about cryo rune builds, but, thinking on build progression, the options that may be less painful to lvl up and I ...

You'll need Tincturing lvl 10 to be able to craft lvl 10 potions. At lvl 5 you'll craft lvl 5 potions, and so on.

Re: Few questions on the way to become a shinobi
Based on the skill build, I would say you're building a pvp toon. If your aim is pve, then... Your party PvE will be limited, yes, as swordies are required for their capacity of aoe aggro (and holding of it) with peltasta. You need at least c1 for random grind parties , c2 recommended for earth towe...

Re: C3 Wizard wants to become... what exactly?
Not really. With transpose lvl 3 you can upkeep the effect (right?). Unless its swap back, then it's a problem. And http://i.imgur.com/xG4jyAk.png http://i.imgur.com/l2SzSev.png That's the difference between full con and full int. A dedicated healer is required if the upkeep isn't possible :heh:

Re: Healer build help
Fyi You get bonus stat points while allocating points. For every 5 pts I believe it is you receive a bonus point to that particular stat. Only works for str and int 1 ~ 50 total stats, Bonus every 5th stat point 51 ~ 150 total stats, Bonus every 4th stat point 151 ~ 300 total stats, Bonus every 3rd...

Re: Arc > QS3 > Arc2 > Scout/Arc3? > Musket
Scout will give you survivability (with camouflage and cloaking) and a dot aoe with flare shot (not that strong, tho). Flu Flu can be fun if you pair it up with cloaking. A3 will give you Multi shot 15 and twin arrows, buffing your single target dmg. And more kneeling shot if you like to use it with...

Re: C3 Wizard wants to become... what exactly?
Now I'll just defend the cookie cutter build, sorry for that. Wiz3-Ele3-w/e is so good to see in action... one of the most reliable dps on the game atm. Ele c3 is simply amazing. You'll miss a lot if choosing to stop at c2. And, tbh, the wiz3 path is the pain in the *** part. If you got through it, ...

Stats: Archers have 3 good options: full dex, full str (put some Con on them for god's sake) and hybrid of both. I do prefer the hybrid or the full str, as good gear/gems can provide most of the benefits from dex - but do note it's far from simple, especially if it's your first toon. If pvp focused,...

Re: Best Element Property Attack
The best element varies with each foe

If you're talking about extra elemental dmg on auto attacks... If you can't choose for lack of options, then holy is the best choice, followed by dark, I guess.

I'm not sure either, but if we follow the description of the skills they don't exclude each other. High guard demands a shield equipped, finestra only works with 1-h or 2-h spears.

Re: Is this a viable build for support?
It's very similar to the one I planned for myself (for a far future), with the difference being the order of job picking. I do believe it's very solid for support, as you got a bunch of useful buffs and protective spells. Priest c3 Hard Skin is valuable for whoever tanks, but we can't have everythin...
